By using lymetales.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. They exist to make shopping with us simple and fair.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a personalisation request is unlawful or contains offensive content.

3. Personalisation

You are responsible for the accuracy of personalisation details (names, spelling, character traits). Please review your preview carefully — once production starts (within 2 hours of ordering), changes can no longer be made.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your order is confirmed when payment is successful.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery times depend on your destination and chosen carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns

Because each book is uniquely personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error caused by us, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement.

7. Intellectual property

All stories, illustrations and designs are the property of Lymetales or our partners. You may not reproduce, resell or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lymetales is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
